Signed-in hikers
Leaderboard
Every hiker who walks the day’s expedition on time, ranked by how far their five pins carried them. When the day is settled, its top three keep a medal.
Getting the board…
How the daily board works
Every signed-in hiker who finishes the day’s expedition on time is on its board, ranked by the kilometres their five pins carried them. On time means every pin dropped before its clock ran out. A replay of a past day, or an expedition finished late, still counts towards your level and patches, but not towards the board. Until the day is settled the distances are live, because rarity shifts as more hikers play; once it is settled they are final.
Ties and medals
Hikers with the same distance share a place, and the next place is skipped, so two firsts are followed by a third. When a day is settled, everyone in its top three keeps a medal: gold for first, silver for second, bronze for third. Medals earn the Podium patches and are counted on each hiker’s page.
The all-time board
The all-time board ranks hikers by every kilometre on their pack, the same total that sets their level on the ranks and patches ladder. Daily expeditions count in full, and Unlimited adds a third of a run’s distance for your first three runs each day.
Getting on the board
Only signed-in hikers are ranked, under the trail name and hiker they chose; nobody’s email is ever shown. Play without an account and camp tells you where you would have placed. Sign in with Google, Discord or a link by email, and your progress comes with you.
